Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment with Escape , that time period will be RESERVED FOR YOU ONLY. In the event of cancellations, this means we lose the opportunity to help another client, if you do not show up. We prepare supplies for your appointment and pay our staff to be there for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, notify us 24 hours in advance. If you let us know you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 *business *hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount due. In the case that you book less than 24 hours before your appointment, we require at least 4 hours notice to avoid a fee. If the service is from a package, you will lose one of your sessions.

We require a valid credit card on file for all appointments. A 50% deposit is also required to book your appointment and hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment with at least 24 hours of notice. Your deposit goes towards covering for your service. Deposits, if left unused, will expire in six months and a new deposit will be required for your next appointment. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

All services, packages of services, gift cards and memberships are non-refundable. BE ADVISED THAT PROMOTIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER OFFER OR DISCOUNTS. Expiration dates for packages are 12 months after the initial purchase. Gift cards do not expire. Memberships are 6 months minimum commitment required. Consistency is key to great results! If you are, at some point, unable to complete a purchased package of services for medical, relocation, or other unforeseen reasons, the value of the package can be used towards our other products and services, or you may choose to gift them to someone else. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. We try to honor all emergencies and special situations with care and understanding whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business and families. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read these policies and agree to them. You also agree not to dispute charges from FYE LLC. Please bring concerns to the staff so we can make sure you will receive our absolute best!
