CANCELATION POLICY
1. You'll need a consultation to create a treatment plan customized to your skincare needs.
2. Memberships cannot be used with any other areas other than those listed.
3. The membership can be canceled before your first appointment for a full refund.
4. Your treatments cannot be banked for a future visit.
5. Memberships are non-transferable.
6. The 24-hour Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy is valid for memberships.
Failure to provide such advance notice will result in a $100 fee charge after the second time.
7. Memberships will be asked for an official ID for verification purposes.
8. MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP REQUIRES THE FIRST AND LAST MONTH'S PAYMENT.

Sessions Secured
Busy? Monthly sessions can accrue and may be used later provided you remain
an active member. Any unused accrued sessions expire and are forfeited if
not used within 60 days of membership cancellation.

Appointment cancellation policy
Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment time
in order to ensure a full session. You may cancel your appointment without
charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations
will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to
cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment,
you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
