We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and reschedule policy:Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours

1. before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges.
2. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a non-refundable fee of $50.
3. Clients who arrive late to their appointments may be subject to a shortened treatment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
4. In case of emergencies or unforeseen situations, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Escape Spa.

Gift Card and Package Policy:

Gift Cards:

1. Gift cards issued by Escape Spa are valid for redemption towards full-priced services only.
2. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase discounted services, packages, or products unless otherwise specified.
3. Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable.
4. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so please treat them like cash.
5. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment for gratuities.

Packages:

1. Packages purchased from Escape Spa are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
2. Refunds for packages after 30-days of purchase, will be issued in the form of store credit and can be used towards any service or product offered by Escape Spa.
3. Unused portions of packages are non-refundable after the 30-day refund period has elapsed.
4. Packages may be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of purchase.
